About Vower
Vower is a platform to connect early-entry workers with job opportunities and reduce the labor and skills gap in the Atlanta.
I joined the team in 2019 as a video editor and strategy consultant to help the organization expand their brand awareness and educate their audience on the labor economy challenges faced by marginalized communities. Through 10+ marketing campaigns and editing 40+ videos for social media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) we were able to increase the Instagram to 1000+ followers and connect 20+ local small businesses in Atlanta with early-entry workers.
One of the things I learned was to establish brand standards and how to create repeatable assets to be used in future campaigns. This makes it easier for Vower to scale their marketing campaigns and have guidelines on how it should look.

Event Recap series
One of the main activities of Vower is civic engagement. By connecting early-entry workers with local business in Atlanta, both the economy and community get lifted simultaneously. In the video below Vower mobilized 30+ high schoolers in the Atlanta area to help the #1 fitness facility in the world, Effect Fitness.
