About Calabash Water
Calabash water is a reusable water bottle startup with a mission: build sustainable water infrastructure in Uganda.
Prior to joining the team, there was a need for more content and a consistent brand image for the Instagram page. My goal was to create content and operate the Instagram page (@calabashbottles) to appeal to potential consumers. This resulted in a reach of 450+ unique accounts on social media and an archive of 150+ photos for later posts.
​​​​​​​My main takeaway was practice with approaching the same problem from different angles: By building an Instagram profile and repeatedly taking pictures of the same bottle, it challenged me to come up with creative solutions. 
Product Photography
Images of the bottle in different scenarios was taken to build the image that you can take the bottle anywhere you go. 
Stock Images
For the website, stock images of the bottle were taken. Key features were highlighted such as a tea infuser and temperature retention for up to 48 hours.
Video Commercial
A video commercial was made to highlight a typical customer journey and how they would interact with the bottle from start to finish. This further highlights how the bottle would be used in everyday scenarios.
